Mark Hemstreet: Owner of Shilo Inn Suites
Mark Hemstreet is a successful businessman who opened the first Shilo Inn Suites hotel property in 1974, near the Portland International Airport in Oregon. He has since opened during his career over 47 Shilo properties, that generated thousands of related jobs and currently has 22 Shilo properties that consist of more than 2,400 rooms and fourteen popular restaurants. His hard work has resulted in providing thousands of associated jobs and currently more than 750 full-time employment opportunities for communities across six western states, including Texas.
